Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Ground Handling Services Coordinator.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and secure operation of aircraft on the ground.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide ground handling services to customers, adhering to compliance and safety regulations.
  • Marshal aircraft on the ramp, directing, assisting, and parking arriving, departing, and towed aircraft.
  • Transfer cargo, including luggage, to other gates, airlines, and passengers.
  • Handle customer baggage, airfreight, and company material with courtesy, promptness, accuracy, and care.
  • Report issues or activities to management that may influence operations or relations with airline customers.
  • Manage GSE, ensure safe and secure operation, and report equipment malfunctions.
  • Perform pre-shift checks on all relevant equipment for serviceability before every shift.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Competence in ground handling operations is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines is crucial.
