As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence in Australia and New Zealand.

Your primary objective is to drive sales of Cadillac EVs by delivering a confident, no-pressure, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting all visitors warmly and assessing their needs with confidence and no pressure">
  • Providing detailed information about Cadillac product offerings">
  • Presenting vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers">
  • Conducting comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives">
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget">

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Familiarity with sales processes, including price/value presentation, finance, and other sales-related paperwork">
