Cadillac Sales Ambassador

As a key representative of our Cadillac brand, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey while efficiently managing leads and ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales of Cadillac EVs by providing a confident, no-pressure experience from initial contact through to post-sale support, aligned with our mission to redefine the luxury automotive purchasing experience.
  • Offer detailed information about Cadillac product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
  • Present vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers and conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process and providing ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

This is an 18-month contract with a view to permanency, and a five-day working week.

About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous premium/luxury brand and EV experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
  • Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, including price/value presentation, finance, and other sales-related paperwork.
  • Proficiency in using digital customer relationship management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
