E-merchandising Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-merchandising Specialist to join our Digital Team. This is a unique opportunity to enhance our online guest experience through merchandising stories, ensuring the right products are presented at the right time with the right information.

This 12-month fixed-term contract aims to cover a maternity leave and will provide you with a challenging and rewarding experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage our merchandising system as the platform expert
  • Optimize product search, recommendations, and shop-the-look features
  • Plan seasonal written and visual educational content about products
  • Collaborate with merchandising to increase units per transaction and conversion rates
  • Develop KPIs and analyze data to provide actionable insights
  • Manage the go-live process for new seasonal products
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopify and visual merchandising strategies
  • Experience with Search Spring is an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of the Australian retail, lifestyle, or sporting goods market
