eMerchandising Strategy Overview- Craft and evolve eMerchandising strategies across every digital touchpoint.
- Promote product discoverability and ensure stock and content flow harmoniously with commercial goals.
- Develop and refine the eMerchandising roadmap to align with seasonal campaigns, product strategies, and business objectives.
- Utilize analytics, A/B testing, and tools like Searchspring or Dynamic Yield to optimize the digital shelf and enhance CVR.
- Lead best-in-class visual merchandising across home, category, and product pages, collaborating with creative, marketing, and merchandising teams.
- Enhance product discovery with smart navigation, search, filtering, sorting, and personalized recommendations.
- Elevate product storytelling, ensuring PDPs are accurate, inspirational, and tailored to the ANZ audience.
- Demonstrate proven success (3+ years) in digital merchandising or eCommerce, preferably with a premium or lifestyle brand.
- Showcase commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into impactful merchandising decisions.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach across marketing, digital, UX, and global teams.
