Visual Merchandising Manager

This key role is responsible for overseeing the visual presentation of our retail stores, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement seasonal floor sets and marketing updates in line with brand guidelines to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with Store Managers and leadership teams to execute innovative visual strategies that reflect our brand identity.
- Maintain a premium and cohesive store environment that inspires and delights our customers through effective visual merchandising.
- Lead by example, coaching the team to deliver flawless execution of VM standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong visual merchandising experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail, with a keen eye for detail, styling, and storytelling through visuals. They must be able to balance creativity with commercial awareness and possess strong time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
