VISUAL MERCHANDIZING MANAGER | BONDS

The Role:

Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you will drive our visual identity across Bonds stores, leading a passionate VM team to deliver consistent, creative, and compelling customer experiences. With a sharp eye for detail and strong commercial instinct, you'll bring campaigns to life, influence store layouts, and shape the retail journey for every shopper.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Build and deliver strong VM standards and principles that maximize comp store growth, profitability and KPI optimisation.
  • Creating visually appealing, brand-aligned store layouts, windows, and in-store theatre
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, store development, planning, and buying teams
  • Managing and mentoring a national visual merchandising team to achieve performance goals
  • Owning the VM budget, with a strong focus on cost efficiency and return on investment
  • Supporting new store openings, concept rollouts and layout enhancements
  • Analysing sales and store performance to continually optimise visual strategy

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in visual merchandising within high-volume apparel retail
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing VM teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to turn strategy into creative execution
  • Expertise in creating planograms, visual briefs, and campaign rollouts
  • Experience in managing suppliers and budgets
  • High level of organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A recognised visual merchandising qualification
