About the Position

The successful candidate will provide high-level financial advice, support executive decision-making, and ensure financial strategies are aligned with organisational objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a rolling three-year operating plan aligned with the organisation's strategic goals
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to provide financial advice that supports sound decision-making
  • Analyse financial implications of service changes and external funding shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities
  • Prepare and appraise complex business cases, CAPEX proposals, and strategic investment options
  • Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and sustainability
  • Oversee budgetary control systems, ensuring accurate and timely feedback to cost centre managers
  • Lead the design and delivery of financial performance reporting across all divisions, including Board and Executive reporting
  • Develop tools and frameworks to support program planning, resource allocation, and performance triggers
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
