Operational Excellence Manager

As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and profitability across our Queensland operations.

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong business acumen, who can manage profit and loss statements and financial reporting, and has a proven track record of success in related industries such as waste management or industrial services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong operational management experience, including full profit and loss responsibility and financial reporting
  • Experience in fleet scheduling and mechanical aptitude
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate team members to reach desired outcomes
  • A capacity to work in a dynamic and challenging 24/7 environment
