Job Overview

The role is designed to oversee and manage operational performance, process improvements, and project delivery. It involves working closely with diverse teams across the business to design, win, plan, and deliver projects that help clients achieve their objectives.

This position is a key contributor to helping clients solve complex problems and unlock new areas of opportunity. As a Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and networks across various sectors, driving business growth and success.

The job requires managing your own and team performance to achieve a high standard of client service. This includes delivering quality client services, identifying and exploring additional opportunities for growth, and managing the business development process.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in Procurement/Supply Chain management;
  • Business and process improvement projects such as Operating Model design and implementation, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma;
  • Experience leading and motivating high performing teams.

Additional skills and attributes that are highly valued include exposure to operational transformation, hands-on cost analysis, and review, including business case preparation.
