About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Planning Team Leader to join our Operations team at Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. This is a key role that will lead, develop, and enhance efficiency in our national service planning department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the service planning team to ensure seamless planning and scheduling of services across the country.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align service planning with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in service planning and coordination, with a strong understanding of planning and customer service functions.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of managing planning and scheduling teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong aptitude for learning new processes, systems, and applications.
  • Proficiency in software such as Word and Excel, with experience in SAP a plus.
