We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation of Audience Extension campaigns.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with vendor teams to launch and manage media campaigns for advertising partners, collaborating with Sales and Account Management to deliver successful campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Sales and clients to discuss campaign and production strategy
  • Advising clients on preferred methodologies based on data and insights to achieve their campaign goals
  • Coordinating campaign production tasks with preferred vendors
  • Ensuring timely campaign launches and ongoing monitoring of pacing and performance throughout the campaign
  • Proposing post-sale optimization strategies to improve campaign performance or delivery
  • Consistently meeting established metrics for reliable service delivery and efficiency

Candidates should have a background in advertising or marketing, basic project management experience, and excellent communication skills.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and excel in fast-paced environments.
