Advertising Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Advertising Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As an Advertising Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day advertising information and campaign execution across multiple channels.

About the Role:
  • You will provide ongoing project support to our partnerships team, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and exceptional client service.
  • Campaign management and production implementation across various platforms, including television and digital media.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, clients, and channel partners to ensure successful campaign outcomes.
  • Contribute to creative strategy by generating ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions.
  • Communicate campaign updates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering credibility and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of advertising campaigns across our platforms.
  • Manage and execute client campaigns, building strong relationships with our agency and partner networks.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in media or a related field, or recent graduate ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, with a proactive mindset and strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrates strong time management and multi-tasking skills, with ability to prioritize workload and manage expectations.
  • Demonstrate focus and clear decision-making ability under pressure, with ability to take direction and adapt quickly.
