Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Account Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the mediahouse team, ensuring all sales activities and advertising campaigns are delivered accordingly.

  • Support Account Managers in coordinating sales activities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Develop solutions that deliver campaign management. This includes implementation, communication with external partners on status, tracking and post-campaign reporting.
  • Deliver sales collateral by ensuring go-to-market decks, pitches and insights decks are accurate and relevant to the advertiser.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Office and CRMs.
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience working in digital advertising for a publisher, client or agency.
  • Exposure to digital advertising campaigns across display, video and native is advantageous.
  • A confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
