Job Description:

This role sits within the Digital Operations team, driving advertising campaigns through data capabilities and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will support end-to-end campaign management, including building and testing campaign creatives, providing timely reporting, and working closely with Campaign Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test, troubleshoot, and schedule campaign creatives to meet specifications and lead times.
  • Work closely with managers to resolve creative issues and project manage site sponsorships.
  • Provide a high-level of service to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth go-live for campaign launches.
  • Support managers in day-to-day management, implementation, and organisation of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure all creatives/tags are tested and uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely end-of-campaign reporting insights, data analysis, and recommendations to promote revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in client service functions, such as account management, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently or within a team-focused organisation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with digital media buying and planning (not essential).
