Media Agency Looking for Coordinators

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team in North Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounts team in delivering exceptional client services.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist the Accounts team in day-to-day activities, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports and updating project plans
- Liaise with clients on media placements (print and digital)
- Organise advertising bookings with media representatives
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and tracked accurately
- Traffic advertising campaigns, including managing creative timelines, coordinating with media partners and ensuring that all campaigns are set up and executed correctly
- Manage client communication, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Create relevant media administration

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in media and advertising would be an advantage, but not essential
