Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role combines high-volume hiring with strategic talent planning, making it an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled individual to join our HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate all recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and database management.
- Proactively source and engage top talent, using various sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team needs and provide tailored recruitment support.
- Support the design and execution of workforce capability planning, including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring needs.
- Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
