Industrial Relations Specialist

As an expert in industrial relations, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships between employees and management. Your ability to interpret complex Enterprise Agreements will enable us to drive effective payroll compliance and remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draw on your substantial expertise in Industrial Relations to design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes.
  • Work collaboratively with Legal teams to clarify and action compliance requirements, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met.
  • Engage with IT professionals to translate IR needs into technical solutions, ensuring the payroll platform meets current obligations and is resilient to future changes in industrial regulations.
  • Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and document outcomes to contribute to the integrity and success of the new system.
  • Utilize your analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail to enable successful implementation of compliance measures within large organisations.

This role requires considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law, hands-on experience with payroll, and a detailed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks.
