Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Workplace Relations/Industrial Relations specialist to join our team. As a Strategic Workplace Relations Specialist, you will work closely with federal government agencies to provide expert advice and guidance on employment-related issues.

The Role

This role involves complex work, requiring individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Regular discussions and collaboration are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice on employment-related legislation, policies, and enterprise agreements;
  • Supporting stakeholders with education and advice on employment-related matters;
  • Managing individual flexibility agreements;
  • Supporting workplace relations projects and strategies;
  • Negotiating and implementing enterprise agreement bargaining processes;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants should have experience in ER, WR, and/or IR, ideally in an APS setting. Essential skills include Australian citizenship or ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
