Job Title: Digital Performance Analyst

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in building out data, reporting and providing meaningful analysis on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and measure operational data and service performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support the business to make informed decisions that drive innovation and reduce customer irritants
  • Source and develop effective reporting and insights, provision of information and narrative for fact-based digital performance view
  • Identify and implement measurement frameworks for customer experience
  • Have a system view of performance as it relates to customer experience and wider business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Reporting, Analysis and Visualisation technical skills including SQL, Tableau or similar
  • Digital reporting skills including Adobe Analytics
  • Effectively use technical capabilities to monitor and evaluate performance
  • Understand business drivers and resulting impact of organisational performance
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Statistics/Analytics, Finance or related fields
