- Lead the eCommerce trading plan, hitting strategic targets while boosting BIG W Market integration.
- Drive digital innovation through personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI initiatives.
You will coach and develop your team members, leveraging data to create engaging customer journeys and content. Ensure efficient processes and a customer-first approach.
Your Background5-10+ years of eCom experience in a high-trading environment with expertise in:
- eCom trading (automated, data-driven, dynamic, always-on digital merchandising)
- SEO, UX, CRO, and content development
Proven track record of leading large teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments is essential.
