• You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing incoming calls and cases with professionalism and poise. Your exceptional communication skills will ensure that you understand client needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

• To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving abilities, think critically, and remain calm under pressure. Your ninja-level listening skills will enable you to capture relevant information, and your ability to communicate effectively will facilitate seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• In addition to delivering outstanding customer service, you will maintain the integrity of CRM data, ensuring that all relevant and clear information is captured. This includes using tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow to track interactions, resolve issues, and analyze trends.

• A key aspect of this role is collaboration and teamwork. You will work closely with business stakeholders, second-level support teams, and other departments to drive customer-focused outcomes during incidents. Your ability to build and maintain productive relationships is crucial to success in this position.

• To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Trading/Capital Markets knowledge or interest
  • Front-line contact centre experience
  • A strong customer experience ethos
  • Maintained productive relationships with business & second level support team stakeholders
  • Handled customer complaints in accordance with a feedback framework
  • Exposed to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms
  • Contributed to process improvements driving better team & customer outcomes
  • Been a key team player
