
Response Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Response Coordinator to join our NSW team. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
This role offers the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
About the Role- Full-time opportunity available
- Weekday and weekend shifts are available
- Shifts: 24/7 rotating rosters, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Level 4 pay
As a Response Coordinator, you will be responsible for promptly responding to calls and emails, providing immediate solutions for clients. You will also conduct welfare checks and monitor CCTV for security, coordinate and dispatch guards for late starts, no-shows, and alarm responses.

- Assist with after-hours rostering and cover drop shifts as needed
- Brief Security Officers on-site requirements and maintain accurate logs
- Report non-conformances to maintain quality service
- Supervise Security Officers in the Site Manager's absence
- Manage contractors, ensuring safety and compliance
- Serve as Point-of-Contact for works commencement, access approvals, and incident resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Encourage project teams to follow governance protocols
- Monitor and report on risks and hazards
- Lead emergency response, acting as Chief Fire Warden
- Demonstrated experience as a Control Room Operator or in Data Centre Security
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- High attention to detail, with the ability to follow strict procedures
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Microsoft Programmes)
- Strong understanding of Access control systems, CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
- Valid NSW Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)
- Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
