Job Description:

The Product Management role involves overseeing the development and execution of portfolio strategies and initiatives that drive customer and revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and expansion activities.

You will work closely with partners to deepen relationships and ensure smooth campaign execution, guaranteeing all communications represent the product range accurately.

As a Product Manager, you will oversee Acquisition and Portfolio activity across various channels to meet financial and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing portfolio strategies and initiatives, working in partnership with Digital Banking and Partner teams to develop online banking platforms and mobile apps, and ensuring online content and notices remain accurate.

  • Resilient and flexible team player with previous experience managing positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, vendors, and partners
  • Continuous improvement mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and experience in product management with a strong understanding of Cards and Payments
