Job Summary

The Vaccines Portfolio Growth Strategist will lead the development and execution of strategic plans to maximize market potential and revenue growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth across both public and private markets in Australia.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to maximize market potential and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging aligned with our company's global vision and local market dynamics.
  • Work closely with the vaccines team and National Immunisation Manager to support vaccine uptake and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, market access, and digital teams to deliver integrated strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and public health policies to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Medical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing innovative vaccine or pharmaceutical brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills, with the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate brand strategies based on integrated cross-functional insights.
