Leading a Quality Systems Team requires an individual who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in healthcare.

This role offers the opportunity to direct and integrate Quality Systems across Medical & Aged Care Group, working closely with senior management to identify trends for improvement and gaps in compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Home Managers in achieving compliance with Accreditation Standards and governance requirements
  • Conduct Workplace Investigations in collaboration with Managers and the People & Culture Manager
  • Monitor training solutions to ensure a skilled workforce

Requirements:

  • Current National Police Certificate that meets the Aged Care Act requirements
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems Management and Risk Management
  • Relevant experience and genuine interest in the well-being of the elderly
