**Support Worker Role**

We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support services in a challenging environment.

The Support Worker positions involve guiding and inspiring people with complex needs to build meaningful lives, including support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues, and independent living skills.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Providing individualised support to meet the unique needs of clients
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement tailored plans
  • Participating in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Certificate IV or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 6 months of experience in a group home setting
  • Personal and domestic care experience
  • Good availability to work during days, nights, and weekends
  • A passion for providing person-centred care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • NDIS and Working With Children Checks
  • A valid Working Visa
  • A Full driver's licence with comprehensive car insurance

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

**Schedule**: Flexible hours, rotating roster, weekend availability

**Supplemental pay types**: Penalty rates
