About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support our Mobilisation Team during the planning, building, and onboarding phase of new partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have a customer-focused approach.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project plans and updates using Microsoft Suite.
  • Organise and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up throughout the mobilisation process.
  • Develop and populate skills guides, how-to guides, and registers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management Team as required.
  • Ensure up-to-date information is available on projects' status, including project document storage systems and compliance registrations.
  • Analyse and interpret plans for upcoming projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a Project Administration position.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel and Project.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with a customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
