Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operational Excellence to lead our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our operations.

About the Role

The Director of Operational Excellence will oversee the development and implementation of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance system covering all aspects of our operations.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in quality assurance, validation, and compliance in a GMP environment.

  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving process efficiency.
