The role of Senior Infrastructure Bid Manager will be pivotal in leading the bid lifecycle for infrastructure projects in Queensland. This involves working closely with clients and contractors to navigate bid processes and manage project pipelines effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an independent reviewer and client advocate on must-win decisions
  • Driving bid development for strategic pursuits in collaboration with bid partners and the wider bids and marketing teams
  • Crafting compelling submissions that highlight our value proposition, service differentiation, and key client messages
  • Managing the bid process alongside technical leads, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions and presentations
  • Liaising with clients and participating in tender briefings, debriefs, and implementing lessons learned

To succeed in this role, you'll require 10 years of relevant experience in Bids and Pursuits processes, encompassing all aspects of winning work, including pre-contracts, tendering, and pursuits management. You'll also need to have proven ability to build strong internal client relationships, gain trust, and effectively support senior leaders in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

A background in Civil Infrastructure is required, though candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. As a proactive team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail, you'll thrive in our dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
