We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Proposal Coordinator to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Buildings and Places business line, you will play a critical role in the preparation and coordination of bids for major projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with technical leads to manage the bid process, ensuring timely delivery of proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize your experience in bid management to coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations, working closely with Practice Leads across various disciplines.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders to collate information on previous bids, generating high-quality, up-to-date content for our major pursuits and bids.
  • Coordinate and lead strategic workshops with potential bid partners, clients, and other stakeholders, serving as a point of interface and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in bids and proposals, with a track record in bid management, content development, business development, and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • A specific degree is not a requirement, but relevant experience in managing bids and proposals within the construction industry for a consultancy or contractor is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working within critical timeframes, ensuring timely delivery of proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
