Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Bid & Proposal Coordinator to join our Buildings and Places team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bid process, coordinating with technical leads, and developing compelling content for submissions and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the bid process, including returning project schedules, producing bid content, and collating project team CVs and organization charts.
- Develop and coordinate compelling content for submissions and presentations, working closely with Practice Leads across various disciplines.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders, collate information on previous bids, and generate high-quality, up-to-date content for major pursuits and bids.
- Coordinate and lead strategic workshops with potential bid partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Administer existing and new bid and proposal content for Buildings and Places, utilizing existing tools, databases, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to maintain up-to-date content.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in bids and proposals, with a track record in bid management, content development, business development, and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working within critical timeframes, ensuring timely delivery of proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to build strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Australian Citizenship is strongly preferred due to the specific requirements of the projects.
