Insurance Claims Investigator

The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality outcomes for a portfolio of complex claims and niche products.
- Manage a portfolio of liability claims in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Analyse first reports to determine the nature of loss, coverage provided and scope of injury/damage.
- Conduct investigations into all aspects of reported claims, including potential fraud.
- Secure and/or file supporting documentation and verify its accuracy, relevance and completeness.
This position requires:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or insurance industry experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in liability claims management.
- Broad knowledge of insurance industry processes and practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong workflow management capabilities.
