We are seeking an experienced Insurance Portfolio Manager or highly experienced Account Executive to join our team at Haylo People. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are comprehensively met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Collect and evaluate underwriting information to understand clients' risk profiles and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead the development of client relationships, fostering strong partnerships with clients and underwriters.
  • Organize and lead renewal and new business meetings, addressing specific insurance requirements for each client.
  • Provide expert risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support and drive new business opportunities, developing client networks and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing client portfolios, preferably in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Hold a recognized insurance qualification, such as the tier 1 insurance qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance lines, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
