About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineer to join our Energy Division's Energy Separation business unit in Oceania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Management: Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales plans: In line with the business division strategy and targets.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior.
  • Lead Management: Identify and manage leads from the market and customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with the market through visits, meetings, and interactions with customers.
  • Commercial Operations: Manage the commercial operation by maintaining the customer grid and proactive planning using our tools.
  • Quotation Development: Develop highly profitable quotes that reflect customer needs and emphasize the unique selling points of our products and services.
  • CRM Utilization: Consistently and qualitatively use the CRM tool and other tools to support the sales process and make informed decisions.
  • Sales Efficiency: Work proactively and structured to optimize sales efficiency and achieve sales targets.
