Regional Sales Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth in a highly diverse range of commercial and agricultural sectors.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, retaining and growing their business, while utilising their network to identify and pursue new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the team provides responsive, professional and quality service, exceeding client expectations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer focus and client engagement
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding with a strong risk management focus
  • A passion to develop a strong personal brand and to become a leader in the community
  • Commitment to the region with relevant agribusiness or sales leadership experience outside of the banking sector
