Business Leader Opportunity

Drive store success by guiding your team to achieve business objectives and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the store and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive financial growth, improve operational efficiency and maintain stock integrity.
  • Manage merchandising, stock control and loss prevention initiatives to achieve sales, wages, KPI's & stock loss targets.
  • Report key performance indicators to regional management and contribute to driving store goals through enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver business results.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business and effective communication skills to motivate staff.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to train new staff and ensure they understand expectations and can deliver quality results.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
