Key Role in Biopharmaceutical Product Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director/Head of Analytical TT Strategy Recombinant to support our Biopharmaceutical Product Development division.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and analytical skills to manage the Marburg and Melbourne BPD Recombinant early and late clinical phase Portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining and managing the BPD Recombinant Analytical outsourcing and TT Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic partners for Contract Analytical Services, including forecasting, reporting, and oversight of budgets.
  • Develop and implement effective Analytical Outsourcing and Tech Transfer Strategies for BPD projects (Recombinants).
  • Execute Analytical strategic plans for BPD projects (Recombinants), ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead Tech Transfer of BPD analytical activities projects internally and externally, ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Chemistry or Biological Science.
  • At least 10 years' experience in Analytical Development and related process development activities.
  • Strong understanding of protein therapeutics production, chromatographic separation/fractionation, and associated analytics.
