The** Product Manager** **-Diphereline **will join the Oncology Team to develop strategic and operational plans to achieve marketing and financial objectives in collaboration with te cross functional brand team.

As a key Oncology Team Member, you will
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing elements of brand strategic and operational plans
- Engage with the field force in the implementation of tactical initiatives within the strategic and operational plans, inclusive of time in field
- Utilise direct customer and stakeholder engagement to identify, explore and capitalise on key market opportunities
- Act as a role model within the account management process from account prioritisation through to delivery of activities

You will bring to role
- 3 to 5 years pharmaceutical marketing experience including successful promotional of specialist drugs
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- A positive proactive approach and strong leadership mindset
- Ability to plan, implement, analyse data to make strong business recommendations and proposals
