**Job Overview:**

  • Building and nurturing community relationships by working closely with the Community Bank board and participating in local events.
  • Leading by example and prioritizing customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share in the local area.

• Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

• Coach and develop staff to improve their skills and performance.

• Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and create data-driven plans to address them.

• Collaborate with the Community Bank board to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.

• Participate in community events and activities to promote the organization and build brand awareness.
