We are seeking a Strategic Rewards Manager to lead our Asia Pacific region's rewards strategy in alignment with our global remuneration framework. The role ensures that reward programs support business objectives, enhance employee value proposition, and maintain market competitiveness.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement a localized remuneration and benefits strategy that supports performance-based rewards and aligns with our business goals.
- Engage with our global rewards network to ensure alignment and share best practices.
- Provide expert advice to business leaders, support bid teams, and contribute to gender pay equity initiatives.
- Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, executive compensation, and global mobility governance.
- Promote a culture of recognition and performance through aligned reward systems.
- Ensure adherence to global frameworks, local regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with external providers to enhance non-monetary benefits and EVP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering remuneration programs and strategies.
- Proven ability to work independently in mid to large-sized organisations while partnering with global teams.
- Adept at juggling competing priorities while maintaining focus on both strategic and administrative aspects of the role.
- Prior experience working closely with executive leadership, particularly on executive-level remuneration strategies.
- Experience in job architecture and organisational design is highly regarded.
