About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Total Rewards business, specifically in the area of Executive Pay and Governance. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior client partners and principals to deliver high-quality reward advice to our clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
SUPPORT OUR SENIOR CLIENT PARTNERS AND PRINCIPALS IN DELIVERING HIGH-QUALITY REWARD ADVICE TO OUR BOARD, C-SUITE, AND HR CLIENTS
DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY WORK AND ANALYTICS THAT MEET EXPECTATIONS FOR TIMELINESS, ACCURACY, AND COMPLETENESS
PERFORM BASIC CLIENT RESEARCH, PULLING CLIENT COMPANY INFORMATION AND REWARD ARRANGEMENTS FROM PUBLICLY DISCLOSED SOURCES, DEVELOPING PITCH DECKS AND PROPOSED SOLUTIONS UNDER SUPERVISION
PROVIDE CRITICAL ANALYTICAL SUPPORT ACROSS VARIOUS REWARD ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDING SALARY ANALYSIS AND REMUNERATION BENCHMARKING, REVIEWS OF MARKET TRENDS AND REWARD PRACTICES, REWARD STRATEGY, REVIEW, AND REDESIGN OF SHORT TERM- AND LONG TERM- INCENTIVE PLANS, REMUNERATION REPORT DRAFTING, AND PAY REGULATION COMPLIANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS REVIEWS
CONTRIBUTE TO STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT THROUGH ATTENDING CLIENT MEETINGS TO GAIN INSIGHT INTO CLIENT NEEDS DURING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CALLS AND SHARE KEY INSIGHTS AND FINDINGS FOR CURRENT ENGAGEMENTS
UTILIZE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES, AND KORN FERRY TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE PROJECT EXECUTION
ATTEND RELEVANT TRAINING COURSES AND SEEK OPPORTUNITIES FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT
DEVELOP AN UNDERSTANDING OF KORN FERRY CLIENTS, GENERALLY ON A SECTOR BASIS
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, FINANCE, HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGY, ECONOMICS, ANALYTICS OR RELATED AREA, MASTERS PREFERRED
SOME (IDEALLY 1-2 YEARS) PREVIOUS RELEVANT BUSINESS EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY WITH DEMONSTRATED INTEREST IN REWARD/REMUNERATION, AND/OR EXECUTIVE REMUNERATION SPECIFICALLY. UNDERSTANDING OF REWARD CONCEPTS HIGHLY DESIRABLE
STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
STRONG NUMERICAL REASONING, ABILITY TO DRAW INSIGHTS FROM NUMERICAL DATA
EXCEL SKILLS AND COMFORT DEALING WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF QUANTITATIVE DATA, ABLE TO DEVELOP VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS OF DATA AND TRENDS
[IDEALLY] SOME UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND CORPORATE FINANCE, AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICLY LISTED COMPANIES
[IDEALLY] SOME ABILITY TO READ, INTERPRET, AND ANALYZE A REMUNERATION REPORT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PLANNING, AND COORDINATION SKILLS
