Key Role: Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive service coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will drive operational efficiency by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting service operations.

This opportunity is focused on maintaining compliance, maximising productivity, and providing a seamless customer experience through proactive planning and effective stakeholder engagement.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule all planned maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources and prioritising safety, compliance, and customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders by providing ETAs, attendance details, and managing rescheduling or absenteeism promptly.
  • Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate and complete data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction by scheduling recovery work.
  • Collaborate with field and state service managers to review technician and subcontractor performance, identifying training needs and documenting non-standard events.
  • Support interdepartmental communication between service, sales, and technical support, handle related administrative duties, and prepare maintenance reports as required.

This role requires:

  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software (e.g., ServiceMax).
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
