Content Implementation Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Content Implementation Professional. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting cross-functional teams across the business, including marketing, editorial, product, finance, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content collateral to support business initiatives
  • Manage daily article uploads to company websites, portals, social media pages, and distribute database newsletters
  • Collaborate with Commercial Directors to produce monthly reconciliation reports
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics to inform data-driven adjustments to the content strategy
  • Develop and manage a company content calendar, including case studies, reports, research, blogs, checklists, infographics, webinars, and presentations
  • Curate monthly performance reports for external partners and internal stakeholders across all business units
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure a consistently high-profile association for the brand across various channels
  • Coordinate preparation of review and reporting materials for internal and external audiences
  • Evaluate research and customer feedback to inform effective content solutions and user journeys
  • Deliver content that aligns with our brand's tone of voice while maintaining customer-friendly copy
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and reduce customer effort
  • Manage and prioritize projects from initial requirements to approvals

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, and working cross-functionally within an organization. They will possess proven knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and experience with CRM tools/marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred), and Content Management Systems. Additionally, they will have superior interpersonal, communication, writing, proof-reading, and editing skills.

As a proactive and self-motivated individual, you will thrive in a hybrid work environment that offers flexibility and collaboration opportunities. You will be based in Sydney and report to the Marketing Director.
