Job Title: Content Developer

The role of Content Developer plays a pivotal part in creating compelling marketing campaigns and content for our catalogue roster and new release / catalogue projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging content for artists across all social, online, music and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assigned colleagues.
  • Assist in realising the value of our repertoire to deliver commercial, promotional and artist outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal teams for invoicing and other related items.
Content Creation
  • Responsible for the creation of shareable and engaging content that resonates with audiences across artist, label and external channels.
  • Create marketing assets (social, video, audio, outdoor, print) for marketing and promotional purposes for all campaigns.
  • Creation and implementation of electronic direct mailers.
  • Posting across social media channels.
Administrative Tasks
  • Raising purchase order numbers for related invoices - key liaison with finance team.
  • Support team with organising internal and external meetings.
  • Assistance with events and activations when necessary.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of design suites (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in social media and digital advertising platforms.
  • High level of creativity, innovation and enthusiasm.
  • Superior relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that drives engagement and conversions. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and provide administrative support.
