**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced support professionals to join our team, working with individuals with disabilities to enable them to live independently in the community.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring meaningful engagement with the community and meeting complex needs, providing direct care including personal care, respite, transportation, cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.

We require applicants with a Certificate III in Disability or similar qualifications, extensive experience in direct care, understanding of person-centred plans, behaviour support plans, and health care plans, and high levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and communication skills.

The roles will involve working within a 24/7 roster, including regular shift work, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. A valid driver's licence is also required.
