Our organization has been providing consumer-directed disability support services since 2001, with a mission to enable people who access our service to live independently and enhance their quality of life. The clients we support live in different states, in metro and rural communities, and encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, with a high proportion of clients requiring support for complex care.

We are seeking casual support workers to join our team as our organization is growing steadily. Our Support workers provide in-home and community support in line with the client's goals and Support Plan. This role is diverse and the focus is always on supporting our client to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing in-home and community support in line with the client's goals and Support Plan
  • Working collaboratively with clients, family members, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the relevant parties

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Smartphone to access internal communication
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible disposition
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • Relevant experience in the care services industry
  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or similar
