Supporting Independence and Community Connection

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide care and support services to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their connection to the community.

The Opportunity

Our organisation offers a range of care and support services, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social services. This may include meal preparation, help with housework, transportation, and shopping.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be a caring and reliable person who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. In addition, you should have:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, demonstrating your commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Previous experience working within the aged care or community care sector, or a passion to get started in this field.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people.
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence with a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (two doses) and a current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
