Carbon Market Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Carbon Market Specialist located in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for trading carbon credits, market making, and managing credit trading activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Trade carbon credits and perform market making activities.
  • Monitor markets actively and execute trades in a timely manner.
  • Analyze bonds and high-yield assets as part of trading activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Trading and Credit Trading, skills in Market Making and managing Bonds, proficiency in High Yield asset analysis, strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Trading and Credit Trading
  • Skills in Market Making and managing Bonds
  • Proficiency in High Yield asset analysis
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
