  • A client services all‑star who enjoys teaching clients how to launch successful campaigns using data‑driven decisioning.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting campaigns, handling large data sets, and presenting insights to clients.

  • Experienced in working with some of the largest global brands.
What you'll do
  • Spearhead strategy development to keep clients competitive in areas such as first‑party data management, activation, CTV consolidation, and retail measurement.
  • Lead data‑driven conversations using the The Trade Desk platform and custom reporting to provide insights and tell client stories about advertising impact on business results.
  • Consult with clients on campaign goals and strategies to maximize the platform's value.
  • Operate as a power user of The Trade Desk UI and enable clients to become power users to plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Sales to educate clients, grow the portfolio, and keep buyers informed about evolving product solutions.
  • Build and own relationships with client planning, trading, and analytics teams; empower clients to be self‑service where appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems including performance issues, measurement discrepancies, and targeting constraints.
  • Develop standard methodologies within Client Services and collaborate with Product Marketing to create training collateral and customer‑facing guides; train and onboard new teammates.
  • Mentorship opportunities available to explore future management roles.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of consultative, client‑facing work in ad tech (DSP experience is a plus), digital marketing, finance, or other data‑heavy industries.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment with self‑driven education.
  • Outstanding problem‑solving and analytical skills; ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
  • Interest in understanding platform mechanics and acting as a conduit between clients and product teams to improve the platform over time.
  • Confident presenting to clients and peers; comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally and navigating ambiguous problems.
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to wrangle very large data sets.
